Refunds & Disputes

Last updated: 21 October 2026

Scope and project agreements

This policy covers our technical services. Before payment, a written proposal or service agreement will set out the scope, fees, milestones, acceptance, cancellation, and refund terms. Any mandatory consumer or statutory rights remain unaffected. There are no online purchases or automatic subscriptions on this website.

Cancellation and refund assessment

If you wish to cancel, notify us promptly in writing. Refund eligibility is assessed against the agreement, work actually completed, accepted deliverables, and documented third-party costs already authorised. Undelivered work and unused prepaid amounts will be reviewed fairly. Completed services are not automatically refundable; this does not exclude remedies for defective or undelivered services.

How to submit a request

Email cloudbridgegt@outlook.com or use the correspondence address on our Contact Us page. Include your name, agreement or invoice reference, payment date and amount, reason, and supporting evidence. Never send a full card number or bank password. We will review the request and communicate the outcome and, where applicable, the refund amount and processing timeline in writing. Approved refunds normally use the original payment method where supported.

Disputes and escalation

We encourage written discussion to resolve a concern and will review relevant delivery and payment records. If no resolution is reached, the dispute mechanism and governing law in the service agreement apply, subject to mandatory law. Nothing in this policy prevents you from using payment-provider dispute procedures or approaching a competent regulator or court.

Before work starts

If you cancel before work starts, prepaid service fees for unperformed work are refundable, less only irreversible third-party costs that you expressly authorised in advance and that we can document. If no work has started and no such costs have been incurred, the prepaid service fee is refundable in full.

After work starts or where delivery fails

For cancellation after work starts, we provide an itemised account of work performed and authorised costs; unused prepaid fees for work not performed are refundable. A material defect or failure to deliver is reviewed against the agreed scope: remedies can include correction, re-performance, or a proportionate refund where appropriate. Payments are not made non-refundable solely because they are called a deposit. Mandatory legal rights prevail.

Refund processing and records

Send requests to cloudbridgegt@outlook.com. We confirm any missing information and communicate the assessment, calculation, and expected processing date in writing. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where available; provider and bank posting times vary. Please retain your agreement, invoice, delivery records, and correspondence. This policy does not require you to waive a payment-provider dispute right.
