Custom quotation — no fixed package price
Our services are priced per project because requirements, integrations, and deliverables vary. There is no universal fixed price or automatic subscription. Requesting a proposal does not create a paid order. Any paid discovery or consulting work requires a separately accepted quotation.
What your quotation will show
Before payment, the written quotation identifies the contracting company, service scope, deliverables, total price, explicit currency code (for example HKD or USD), applicable taxes, payment due dates, and whether a deposit or milestone payments apply. The currency and amount must match the invoice and payment request. No currency or price is confirmed until the quotation is accepted.
Third-party costs and changes
The proposal states whether model/API usage, cloud hosting, software licences, and maintenance are included or payable separately. Additional work, scope changes, and additional charges require written agreement before they proceed. Continuing support is included only for the scope and period agreed in writing.
Ordering and payment
The process is enquiry, scope discussion, written quotation and service agreement, acceptance, then invoicing under the agreed schedule. This website currently has no checkout and does not collect payments. Available payment methods will be confirmed on the invoice only after they have been enabled. Online card payments are not currently enabled on this website.
Payment safety and billing enquiries
Never send full card details, security codes, or bank passwords by email. Verify an unexpected change in payment instructions with cloudbridgegt@outlook.com before paying. Billing questions should include the invoice or agreement reference. Cancellation and refund conditions are available in our Refunds & Disputes policy.

Email cloudbridgegt@outlook.com with the service needed, objectives, existing systems, intended delivery date, and any budget constraints. We will confirm scope and commercial terms in writing before accepting payment.
